越後姫が食べられますよとカーブドッチで聞いて、１時間以上歩いていきました。
お店の人には呆れられたけど。このイチゴは繊細なので新潟県外ではあまり出回らないそうです。
越後姫のパフェ。確かに皮が柔らかくて繊細でした。甘味は十分にあって美味しい。
窓の外には新潟の田畑が広がります。その向こうには雪が残った山々。良いですね。
そういえばいちご狩りしてた子供もいました。新潟って食材が豊富だなとしみじみ思いました。
