日曜のランチで利用させていただきました。
過去3回程来るも何かしらで入店できず、ようやく食べることができました。
いただいたのはサルシッチャのトマトソース リングイネです。
前菜に温かいニンジンのスープと鶏肉のハム、竹の子、菜の花が提供されました。ニンジンのスープはニンジンの独特の香りがハーブで抑えられていて旨味たっぷりで美味しい。鶏肉のハムもハーブが効いています。
パスタはサルシッチャの旨味とトマトソースのシンプルな味付け。これが美味しい。バケットには多分チーズが練り込まれていて、パスタソースと合わないわけがない。
大変美味しかったです。
