新潟駅近くのショッピングモールにたまたま出店している日に購入。
お店自体は万代シネモールビル2階にあります。
＊抹茶マリトッツォ 590円
東京で買うよりお値段お高めでしたが、食べて納得しました。
抹茶のパン生地、クリームにイチゴスライスが飾られていました。マリトッツォはブリオッシュ生地というややパサパサした生地を使うのですが、こちらのお店ではブリオッシュに似た生地ということで、生地がふんわりしっとりしていて、とても美味しかったです✨抹茶クリームも抹茶風味がしてとても美味しかったです✨
次回はお店に伺ってみたいです。
