チョー久々の新潟でディナータイム、先ずは宿泊先の近所で偵察、気になったお店を選びつつ、確認の電話の対応で即決して入店。この時期、一生懸命にやっているお店を選びたいしね。
結果、一球入魂、職人系のビストロと言えるか 、次の機会も再訪してみたい良店だった。シェフ一人で廻す、イイ感じのお店でした。リピーターでいっぱいなんだろうなぁ。ちょっとお高いかもだけど。
先ずは、先に一杯引っ掛けたんで、ハウスワインの白をグラスから。いただけば、うまーい！コクもあるしスッキリだし、仕入れに間違いなし。
前菜にサラダ系をオーダー、次をどうしようか、メニューを見ながらあれこれ迷う。ボリュームを見極めないとだけど、目星はつけた。
サラダは結構なボリュームだし、十分に美味しい。パクパクいただきつつ、パンを追加。2種類あるらしいので、全粒粉とライ麦の2種を両方とも。
〆のメインにヒラマサのムニエル。いただきながら待つこと暫し、供されると、見た目からして美味しそうだ。で、もちろん美味しい。付け合わせの野菜やエリンギなど、火の通り具合もイイ感じ。
結構お腹も膨れたけど、美味しい続きが欲しくなって、ドルチェに、抹茶のクリームブリュレを追加。コンビネーションは想定以上に良くて、食後にチョッピリ甘いもの、というのに向いてますねぇ。
ごっちゃんでした。次回、上手くいけばご褒美に再訪だなぁ。
