今日はバイトの長男と試合の長女とは別行動で次女と赤道のベイビーフェイスプラネッツでお昼です。オーダーは牛肉の煮込みオムライス。中々出てきませんねここは。お味は、牛肉の旨味にフランス産マッシュルームの香りとコクをプラスした進化するデミグラスソースとトロトロ玉子、ケチャップの甘みが引き立つチキンライス。王道の洋食メニューながらもオリジナルな一皿をつくりだすと、メニューに書いてありました。そうなの?と思いました。もう少し味足しても良くないかな。と思う一皿です。

This is the Niigata store of a store with the concept of an Indonesian-style cafe with restaurant all over the country. I've mentioned it several times, but it doesn't give me a very good impression. Today it was full and we had to wait for about 30 minutes to get in. I didn't have the learning ability to choose pasta from the always disappointing menu, and I waited for so long that I can't even remember how long I waited for it to be served.I ate the pescatore, stunned by how different it was from the menu. Just a little bit of frozen seafood on regular dry noodle pasta. I'd say I'm stunned, but I'm even moved by the courage to put this out there.
