2020/11/16 The time is before 15:00. Today is also a break time. Since the lunch break is a little earlier than usual, it looks like I'll be able to make it just in time for a restaurant that serves lunch until 3:00 pm... So, today I'm going to visit "BABY" in Frespo Equator along Higashi Ward's Equator (Prefectural Route 4). I visited FACE PLANET'S Niigata Frespo Equatorial Store for the first time. I've known for a while that they have lunch on weekdays from 11:00 to 15:00, but I haven't had the chance to do so, so this is my first visit. The lunch menu is roughly divided into three types. 1. PLATE LUNCH: 1 plate of main, salad, and rice starting from 990 yen 2. SELECT LUNCH: 1 main + salad for 990 yen 3. RICH LUNCH: 1 main + salad + 3 appetizers + The special dessert costs 1,290 yen, and whichever you choose, it comes with soup and a drink bar. I selected "RICH LUNCH". For the main dish, I chose "Nasi Goreng". For an additional 250 yen, you can get a large serving. The interior of the store has an Asian feel and is stylish. I guess it's a bit difficult for an old man to come eat alone...(￣▽￣;) Although it's not a completely private room, each box seat has a semi-private room + lace curtains, so you don't really notice other seats. It's built. It's nice to be able to eat in peace. At this store, the drink bar is located to the right of the cashier, so you can get your own drinks. There is only one type of soup, consommé, but the drink bar is fairly well stocked. Let's have an iced coffee. There are paper towels available at the drink bar. The counter set was parmesan cheese, habanero, salt and black pepper (whole). Arrived in just over 5 minutes. ``Salad'' is a salad that you can find anywhere. The ``assortment of 3 appetizers'' is quiche, Hamburg, and pizza...it's fashionable, but there's no Asian taste around here. What's on the pizza with corn, onions, and boiled eggs? It contained something with a crunchy texture. Pickles would be similar to tartar, but the texture is more like takuan. It was delicious, but what was it? ...I'm curious... The main dish, ``Nasi Goreng,'' contains shimeji mushrooms, spinach, chicken, onions, etc., and is topped with a fried egg and small onion. Is that the shrimp that comes with it? Is it a replacement for Krupuk? The ingredients such as shimeji mushrooms and spinach are the same, but the seasoning is also unique and seems to have been adapted for Japanese tastes. I wasn't expecting much at all since it's a fashionable restaurant, but when I ordered a large portion, it was a huge amount. I think most people would be full. Well, I finished eating and thought I should go home, so I looked for the slip, but I couldn't find it... Oh, did it come with dessert? When I pressed the chime, the clerk asked, ``Do you want dessert?'' I said, ``Please♪'' A small parfait soon arrived. Since when have we had parfaits? It feels a bit luxurious. I ate and drank everything today. Thank you for the meal.
