JR新潟駅から徒歩数分。
場所柄、夜のお店という印象でしたが、ランチも提供されています。
平日の昼時、初めて入ってみました。
店内はカウンター席のみ。
ランチは＋50円でミニ丼が付けられるようです。
お店のイチオシと思わしき塩ラーメンと鶏天丼をお願いしました。
【柚子香る潮＋鶏天丼（ランチ）800円】
冷め難いという新潟（燕製）のメタル丼。
スープは「越の鶏」や「笹川流れの塩」など新潟素材を使われていらっしゃるようです。
新潟に対する拘りと言いますか、地元愛が伝わってきますね。
こういうの好きです♪
ちなみに”せっぺ”とは五泉市の方言で精一杯と意味なのだとか。
なかなか美味しい塩ラーメン。
ただ、何となく惜しいな～というのが正直なところ。
麺とのバランスかな。（少し麺量を減らしたら印象が変わりそう）
トッピングも、もっとシンプルにした方が良いような。
完全に個人的な好みの問題ですが…。
セットの鶏天丼は、ミニ丼という割にボリュームがあります！
こちらもなかなかの一品。
後から入って来られた数人のお客さん。
皆さんメニューを見ずに注文…味噌や醤油＋鶏天丼。
次回は塩以外を試してみます♪
