新潟出張の夜に行きました『鶏らーめんせっぺ』さんです
お店行く前に散々居酒屋で飲んでましたので、お腹は満たされてましたが、ついつい〆ラーメンが食べたくなっての訪問です
お店に入りカウンター席に着き、置かれてますメニューを眺め注文は『生姜香る醤油』と生ビールをお願いしました
ビールを飲みながら待つこと5分程で着丼しまして早速食べてみますと、長岡の生姜醤油とは異なり、鶏出汁と少し甘めな醤油ダレに生姜がほのかに効いた感じのスープ､もちっとした感じのストレート麺、2種のチャーシュー他具材でしたが、見た目ほどオイリー感はなく美味しかったですね
丼メニューやおつまみメニューも豊富で、昼夜問わず使い勝手良さそうなお店ですね
