◇5 minutes walk from the Bandai Exit of Niigata Station◇A wide selection of Niigata local sake and Kyushu shochu! How about a drink with some scarecrow-shaped Fried Skewers?
Located near Niigata Station, [Kakashiya] is "THE ☆ Izakaya (Japanese-style bar)" that offers a variety of all-you-can-drink courses, Niigata local sake, Kyushu shochu, and more, making it perfect for |
I went to Niigata on a business trip and went for a drink after work at my usual place. But it was closed. Hmm, I'd rather not go to a chain restaurant after coming all this way. As I was wandering around the station, my nose reacted sharply. I didn't do any searching, but instead followed my instincts and visited Umaimono Sakaba Kakashiya in a back alley for the first time. I thought it was a place for young people, but it has a wide selection of fried Fried food and sashimi, with a focus on locally produced food. The lineup of sake is also quite extensive, with a focus on local sake. The recommendation is the unexpected `` Fried Skewers''. In particular, the ``Niigata specialty eight-color shiitake mushroom'' is thick and juicy, a masterpiece that kills beer and sour drinks. Also, to neutralize the oiliness in your mouth, be sure to have the ``Pickled Ginger'' Fried Skewers with it. For a snack with sake, we had ``Crab Miso Tsubugai''. Just hearing the name of the product is enough to make you go crazy, it's a true sake-kasu masterpiece. We drank and ate as much as we wanted and the two of us got under 10,000 yen. As you'd expect from Niigata, the quality of the restaurants you drop into on a whim is high. The night is still to come, but this bowl made me realize the depth of the restaurant. Thank you for the meal.
