落ち着いたお店を探していました。
新潟駅前に新しくオープンしたモダンな焼肉屋さんということで、おいしいお肉を少しだけ食べたい3人で来店。
平日の水曜なので，スキスキかなー。と思いきやあたらこちらからお客さんの声。
半個室のテーブル席で、落ち着いてゆっくりと食事ができるので久々に会う友だちと積もる話に花が咲いて良かったです。
他は焼肉店にしては珍しいオープンキッチンのカップルシートのカウンター席もあります。
お肉はA5ランクが勢ぞろい。
まずは、「とりあえず盛り」を注文。
お肉に部位の名称の札が刺さっています!
希少部位のお肉も食べたいということで本日の和牛盛合せ（A5ランク）3種「マルシン・上カルビ・マルシン」。
きれいに霜降りが入っています!色もピンク色できれいなお肉です。
一枚一枚味わって食べなきゃーもったいないですね!
焼肉のタレは醤油ベースとゴマ油、お塩の3種類。
お肉以外にもいろいろ食べたかったので、豆サラダ、大根サラダ、キムチの盛り合わせ、アルコールを飲まない人はしっかりご飯ものも食べたいということで、カルビクッパ。
〆のアイスはふわふわの台湾かき氷マンゴソースがけ。
どれも手の込んだ料理ばかり。
赤ワインもボトルで注文してビールも飲んで一人5000円くらいでした。
コースにしようかとても迷いましたが、単品にして良かった!
県外からの友人がきたらまた来店したいなー。
