焼肉屋さんです。
『新潟駅から徒歩二分、上質な肉、モダンな店内、大人の雰囲気の焼肉店…』という触れ込み。
ショートコース(3000円)を予約して訪問。
1時間飲放+お肉6種プレート+4品付です。
ちょっと高級なお店だが、これはお得な感じ。
期間限定ですが、いつまでか分からないので、終わっていたらすみません(-_-;)
席はカウンターと、半個室のテーブル席など。

予約サイトではこうなっていましたが、上ミノとコリコリはなく、ハチノスとテッチャンに変更されていました。
ミノが好きなので残念でしたが、『仕入れ状況に応じて内容が若干異なる場合がございます。ご了承くださいませ。』と注意書が有りましたので仕方ない。
カルビとハラミはUS。
それ以外は国産みたい。
並タン塩は「焼上がったら塩昆布を巻いて食べてください」とのこと。
初めての食べ方です。
塩昆布の塩気と旨味成分が肉の味を引き立てる…ような気がします(^-^;
お肉はどれも美味しかった♪
◆ナムルとキムチ

普通に美味しい。
焼肉にもナムルやキムチにも、ご飯が欲しくなりますが…このあと〆が出ますし、炭水化物過多になるので我慢( ノД`)…
◆〆の一品
・すだち麺
すだち麺ということになっていましたが、普通の冷麺か炒飯とのこと、冷麺にしました。
〆に丁度良いハーフサイズの冷麺。
麺が弾力があり美味しかった。
◆生ビールやハイボール等約40種OK
1時間飲み放題
ドリンクも良かったです。
グラスはキンキンに冷えていましたし。
ハイボール(ジムビーム)、生ビール(プレモル)、麦焼酎お湯割り(いいちこ)など、6杯くらい飲みました。
短時間でそこそこお酒を飲む人にはオススメです。
1～2杯しか飲まないなら割高かも。
