新潟駅前にマルタケビルが新しく建て替えられて、最上階にできた、フランス料理
シャレル・ランデヴー
来店した友達も評判が良くて、まずはランチで!
と友達と行ってきました。
ランチは5000円と2500円の2種類。
昼からワインも飲みたい!
友達は白ワインを1杯選びましたが、私はスパークリングワインと白・赤の3種類セットで1250円という価格がお得だと思い、注文。それぞれのお料理にあいました!
①新鮮野菜が盛りだくさん、甘えびや新潟では珍しい、ハモの炙りなど魚介も色々入っている前菜
②とうもろこしの冷製スープは、甘みを引き出すために、玉ねぎを入れ込んでいるということで、口の中でおいしさが広がります。
③お肉は深雪豚もちヒレ肉の炭火焼き、しっとりとしたやわらかい豚肉、添えてあるマンゴーのソースがいいですね
④ミニャルディーワゴン 聞きなれませんが、新潟ではココだけかと! 一口サイズの焼き菓子が何種類もあり、自由に選ぶことができます。欲張って全種類(笑)
⑤ハープティの器が花びらでかわいい～。
夜は12000円のコース注文で、個室に区切られたオープンキッチンを1グループ独り占めできます。
6人まで入るスリガラスで仕切られた個室は2つ。
ワインセラーも充実していて、思ったよりお手頃価格でボトルワインが注文できます。
新潟駅前というアクセス抜群のところに、記念日や女子会にピッタリのお店ができてうれしい限りですね
