新潟市に鳥さわの暖簾分け店ができたと聞き、行きたいと思って予約しました！
1部は予約いっぱいだったので、2部での予約です。
亀戸の鳥さわは以前にお邪魔したことがあり、とても美味しかった記憶があります。
おもてなしも素敵で、大好きなお店です。
その系列店が東京以外で楽しめるなんて、嬉しい限りです。
こちらのお店は、オーダーストップ制。
私の好きなちょうちんが出るまでストップしないぞ！
という意気込みで臨みました。笑
初めに、嫌いなものがあるか聞いてくれます。
ないです！笑
食べた内容は次の通りです！
・お通し カブときゅうりの漬物 途中で大根おろしが出てきました

・だんご 青じそ薫。軟骨が少し入っています

全体的に完成度は高かったです！
初めに出てくると思っていたさび焼きが無かったことと、
レバーも無かったのがとても残念でした。
（お腹いっぱいになりストップしたので、この後出てきていたらすいません）
私の中で、この二つはそのお店の判断材料と言っても過言ではなかったので…。
隣の方がレバーが苦手だと言っていたのが聞こえたので、
考慮したのかもしれません。私は大好きなので食べたかったーーーー。涙
