仙台牛とラーメンをメインにした鉄板焼酒場 |
こんにちは亀治です。新潟県新潟市西蒲区にある肉麺酒場えぇ伍と言うお店に行ってきました。
このお店は居酒屋で昼はラーメン屋さんという感じのお店です。
メニューはラーメンやちょっとした丼物、焼肉、一品料理等があります。居酒屋などのおつまみのメニューが結構あります。
今回は背脂塩チャーシューメンを細麺で注文しました。
スープはかなりしょっぱかったです。そこに背脂なのでかなり強烈というかちょっとコクが足りない感じでした。後半はかなりスープのしょっぱさに苦戦しました。
麺は細麺を選択しました。食べやすくって良かったです。
具材はチャーシュー、メンマ、ネギ等でした。
チャーシューは柔らかかったのですが、脂身が多くて、背脂の多いスープに脂身の多いチャーシューはちょっとまいりました。
背脂好きの人にはいいラーメンかもしれません。
