こんばんは亀治です。新潟県新潟市西区にある、中華食堂よしだ屋新大前店にいってきました。
このお店は盛りが良いのが特徴の食堂です。
メニューは定食やラーメン、丼物等です。
今回は海老塩そばを注文しました。
餡かけの塩ラーメンという感じで、餡には大きな海老が沢山入っていました。さらに、人参や筍、木耳、イカ、シイタケなどが入っていて具だくさんでした。
味はちょっと薄味でもう少し濃くてもいいかなと思いました。
麺は細麺で塩味のスープに合っていました。
このお店は名前が良く変わるので分かりにくいのですが、よしだ屋という名は基本変わらないようです。これからは分かりませんが。
まあ、新潟大学の近くにあるので、学生向けの大盛りのお店です。
