新潟大学前駅にある中華食堂です。
もともとは筋肉食堂吉田屋だった店がリニューアルしてできました。
海老チャーハンを注文しました。
海老はバナ名だと思いますが、割とプリプリとしています。
お米のパラパラ感もなかなか好みでした。
