新潟駅前に昭和感漂うレトロなストリート「駅前楽天地」に世界のグルメをハンバーガーで表現した、『World Burger』が上陸！ |
新潟県新潟市中央区弁天。
新潟駅から徒歩4〜5分くらい。
『駅前楽天地』という通りに在ります。
ちょっと古い感じで昭和の雰囲気｡、知らないと入って行くのに、ちょっと勇気がいります。
最近オープンしたグルメバーガーのお店。
席は一階はカウンターとテーブル席。
二階にも席が有るのかな。
ビール等のお酒に合う、ステーキ用のお肉を使用したビーフ100％のハンバーガーがコンセプト。
メニューは、マックスワールドというボリュームたっぷりのハンバーガー、ダブルワールド、メキシコ、イングランド、アルゼンチン、コリアン等が有ります。
メニューには、Coming Soonと書かれていたので、これからメニューが増えていくのかと思います。
店名を冠したワールドバーガー(1100円)をいただきました。
オーソドックスなステーキハンバーガーとのこと。
10分ほどで提供。
「お待たせしてしまったので…」と、ベイクドポテトをサービスで付けて下さいました。
でっかいハンバーガーですね。
ハンバーガーを包む紙が卓上に有るので、それに挟み潰していくと肉汁とソースが溢れます。
レタスとトマトが入っています。
バンズにも拘っているらしく、カリッとした表面の食感。
ビーフパティは、さすがステーキ用のお肉、美味しいです。
粗めで肉肉しさが感じられて良いですね。
ビール等に合うように濃いめの味付けになっているとの事、確かに少し濃いめでしたが美味しかったです。
ベイクドポテトは香辛料香るスパイシーな味わいでした（辛くはありません）
