車で来店、駐車場はかなり広くてすんなり駐車できました。
店内広くて多くのお客さんがテーブルとお座敷に。
2人で入店したけど奥のテーブル席へ相席にはなったけど、テーブル長いから端と端で気にならずに食事できた。
背脂が多く入った中華そばが着丼。
一口スープを飲んで。
懐かしい環七ラーメンを思い出してしまった。
濃いめの醤油味のスープなんだけど、しつこくない。
麺も甘味のある太麺でスープに絡み合って美味しい。
チャーシューも大きくて箸で持ち上げるとホロっと落ちてしまうほど柔らかい。
スープまで飲み干して美味しく頂きました。
