背脂ラーメンで有名なお店ですネ(^^)d
人気店は開店１時間前の到着を心掛け
ていますが パン太の拠点から390km！
思い通りとはならず50分前に到着(笑)
それでも先着二組四人。同時着が一人。
駐車場も広いので ピト安心( ´ ▽ ` )ﾉ
開店時にはエグい行列となりました！
直前に来て諦めて帰っていく車も多数。
どうせ待つなら早く行きましょ♪
中華そば900円也はマスト！
餃子も人気とのことでオーダー信長♪
コチラは二個で400円也！
そしてラーメンがやって来た…(アッ！)
きめ細かい背脂に覆われた黒プースー。
1口啜ると 煮干しが ふわぁと拡がって
優しい味わい。コレを醤油ガレノガレ
がキリリと締めながらショッパーじゃ
なくてコレは美味い！
存在感ある太麺味助はモツチリという
よりカシっと固めの独特なモノ。
寒い地域で冷めにくい、延びにくいと
造り上げられたご当地ラーメンなので
しょうネ( *´艸｀)
餃子はジャンボサイズで思わずオー！
味付けは殆ど無くてキャベツがギュッ。
ラーメンの付け合わせなら1個で十分
満足出来マッスル( ´ ▽ ` )ﾉ
