燕三条市に宿泊した際に近くで昼食が取れないかと食べログを見ていたら名店を発見。
一度12時前に様子を見にいくと行列。一旦諦め、13:30頃に行くと待ちが2組。
しばらく待ち、座敷に通してもらう。
注文したのは
・中華そば 大盛 1050円
・餃子(2個) 400円
中華そばは背脂が浮いており、スープは濃い醤油の色をしているが、スープはそこまで濃くない。背脂もあるはあるが、邪魔しない。
麺が独特で、太麺と書かれていたが、平麺のような感じで、スープに合う。ラーメンの麺を想像してはいけない感じ。
餃子は2個で400円するが、１つが大きく食べ応え抜群。ほとんどの人が頼んでいた。
ここは是非とも再訪したい場所である。
