年の瀬の昼過ぎに訪問。ほぼ待たずに座れました。
三条市の名物のカレーラーメンを注文。
年末年始のイベントでサトウ食品とタイアップでおもちが無料で追加できました。
しばらく待ってカレーラーメンが出てきました。
まずはカレーのいい香りを楽しみスープをひと口。
スープははじめに甘さを感じて辛さがあとからジワジワくるタイプです。
口の中に広がる様々なスパイスの香り。
具は豚肉にジャガイモ、人参、玉ネギとカレーの王道です。
ご飯を頼んでカレーをかけて食べる人もいるみたいですね。
店長の研究により少しずつ進化していく味。
