初めて伺いました。以前も蕎麦屋さんだと思います。
お店の存在は知っていましたが、峠の茶屋は手打十割のイメージが
強く伺うチャンスはありませんでしたが、今回チャレンジしました。
お店の方の接客や対応も良く気持ちが良かったです。
蕎麦も、のど越し、つるつるの触感、コシも楽しめました。
次回は、かけそばにチャレンジしたいと思います。
