新潟市内から長岡に向かう途中、燕市の吉田に野菜にこだわったビストロ、『K.STYLE』さんというお店があると聞いたので、事前に予約して伺いました。
『K.STYLEランチ』が良くわからなかったので店主さんに詳しく教えてもらいました。
スープ、メイン、パンorライス、ドリンクのセットで、それにプラスしていくみたいです。
K.STYLEランチを「本日のセット」にしてもらい、メインは「ポークほっぺた肉の赤ワイン煮込み」、デザートは「フルーツのぜんざい仕立て」をチョイスしました！

スープは甘く、前菜のサラダは調理もカットも手が込んでいて、自家製ドレッシングが最高に美味いです！
メインのほっぺた肉はもうホロホロで、付け合せの多くの野菜のボイルやグリルなどめちゃくちゃ美味しいです！
店主さん、以前は神戸のホテルなどでお仕事されていたとのことで関西話で盛り上がりました！
ほとんどのものが自家製で、美味しくて健康的なお料理に加え、対応も素晴らしいお店でしたよ、、
また行きたいお店が出来ちゃって困ります。
