三条市の端に居た時にヒットしたイタリアンレストラン
工場（こうば）をリノベーションしたような駐車場の屋根は頑丈そうで雨に濡れずに入店できる頼もしくてカッコイイ外観。店内も広く全てのテーブルが大きい。遅めのランチ時は店内落ち着いていました。
B.漢のミートソース（スープ、パン付）
極太パスタはトレネッテというらしい。食感はもっちっちで表面の口当たりふわっ。うどんのようでうどんじゃない♪最近は蕎麦のようなラーメンがあったりパスタのような焼きそばも親しまれているのでうどんのようなパスタもありです笑。濃厚ミートソースが合う新感覚パスタでした。スープや胡麻パンなど、どれも美味しかった。しかし食感的に単調に終わったのでBランチの場合はスープよりサラダや前菜の方が合ったと思う。
Aパスタのエビ・アンチョビ・玉葱ソースの方は沢山のカラスミらしきものがかかり、こちら側の全体バランスはとても良かったです。
