A delicious restaurant where you can casually go and eat
I had heard that it was a high-end restaurant, but it was surprisingly reasonably priced and had a wide variety of menu items. The sashimi was not garnished with garnishes, so it may look plain at first glance, but everything was fresh and delicious, and even people who don't like yellowtail said, "It's delicious!"

Reservations are required for fugu dishes, and they are only available until the end of March, so I made a reservation and visited the restaurant. The sashimi was delicious, but I thought the dishes made with dashi stock were the best at this restaurant. They make their dashi stock using high-quality kelp from Rausu and bonito flakes from Makurazaki. I had a great time thanks to the delicious food and the hospitality of the friendly staff.
