コロナ後から久しぶりに行ったら、
今の状況は食券からホワイトボードにメニュが変わっていました。

土曜日11時30分頃に伺いました。
満席ではなく、すぐに着座できました。
大盛り中華を食べました。
5～8番の極太麺、背脂の甘み、タマネギのアクセントが美味しかったです。
ご馳走様でした。
燕三条ラーメン
ご飯がサービス。優しさと強さのバランスの良いラーメン。
まさに新潟らーめんという感じ。おいしい。
脂としょうゆ、さっぱりしている。
これぞ王道の燕系背脂ラーメンという感じでした
玉ねぎ入れ放題も嬉しいサービス！
