燕三条の背脂チャッチャ系で欠かせないお店です。以前から訪問したいと思い、念願の訪問でした！！
半もり中華そば 680円
最寄り駅は燕駅。本数が少ないローカル線なので、鉄道利用の方は注意が必要⚠️
杭州飯店さん、福来亭さんにセットで訪問しようと思っていましたが、杭州飯店さんはピンポイントで休みでした(笑)
福来亭さんは営業していて助かりました。。。
そして中華そばです。
脂の量は初めての訪問ということで、普通でオーダーしました。
スープは醤油のカエシ、豚骨を感じた後に煮干しがふわっとくる感じ。
ここに背脂の甘みが足され、一体感のあるスープに仕上がっています！
大脂にしても良かったかも……全然あっさりでペロリです(笑)
麺は太い縮れ麺。コシはそこまで強くなく、ちょいやわめ。でも太い分食べ応えがあり、背脂が馴染んたスープにマッチして美味しい！
刻んだ玉ねぎもいいっすね。
八王子とか、竹岡式みたいな感じで、辛味やシャキシャキ感がいいアクセントです。麺が柔らかめですが、こちらに反した食感があり楽しめました！
