越後まで車を走らせさて、ここら辺で少しでもお腹に何か〜って近くのお店で探してヒットしました。
外観からして敷居が高そうですが旅も終わりに近づいて、なんでもばっちこーい！って思ったのですが。
お値段見てもリーズナブル。

ここでもホタルイカ、ありました。
旬なんですね。
私は泡スカッシュ（笑)とのっぺ煮を。
ツレは白身の握りを。
きみよ、エンガワ、そい、真鯛、スズキ
お皿左からだったかな？
のっぺ煮は根菜を薄口で煮て緩めの餡が絡めてあります。
優しいお味。でも珍しいものではなかったです。
きみよ？おんなの人の名前みたい。
どんなお魚ですか？って聞いたらホールスタッフが白身のお魚です。って真顔で答えられた。
カウンターにいた大将が教えてくれました。
ホウボウの仲間でその昔、津軽藩上流階級の年越しのお膳に用いられる高級魚？だったとか。
味見させて貰ったらとても腰のある白身でした。
お腹が空いてたらもっと食べたかったのですが、
朝の鱈汁か思いのほか？あまりにも？ボリューミーで余さず完食したので残念無念。
こちらに帰って来てやっぱりホタルイカ食べておけばよかったと後悔少し…
