こんにちは亀治です。新潟県三条市にある、海老勢（えびせ）というお店に行ってきました
このお店は居酒屋です。また、ランチもやっています。今回はランチでお邪魔しました。
ランチメニューは日替わり定食、お刺身や天ぷら、唐揚げ、鶏肉、ハンバーグ、焼肉などの定食や丼もの、ラーメンなど豊富にあります。
今回は特海老勢定食を注文しました。
お刺身、天ぷら、茶碗蒸し、お蕎麦、サラダ、ご飯のセットです。
お蕎麦は温かい物を選びました。
まず、お刺し身がとても良かったです。マグロ、タコ、ブリ、ヒラメ？でした。どれも、新鮮で美味しかったです。特にタコは生タコで、ゆでタコより美味しいなと思いました。ブリも生臭さがなく美味しかったです。お酒が欲しかったです。
天ぷらはシシトウ、海老、かぼちゃ、白身魚でした。どれも揚げたてでカラッと揚がっていて美味しかったです。
最後に茶碗蒸しですが、ちょっと薄味かなと思いました。味付けはいいと思います。
メニューも豊富で人気のお店です。食後はコーヒーがサービスで付きました。
