背脂ラーメンと思い燕三条駅のそばにある
ラーメン屋さんに行きました

◇醤油ラーメン全部載せ
・麺は太麺でシコシコとした感じコシもあり美味しい
・スープは美味しいが特別と言うほどでは無い普通に美味しいと言う感じかな
・チャーシュー、一定レベル以上だと思います。僕は好きな方のチャーシューです
・たまご、6部とか7部茹でというかんじ中は半熟ぽいのは僕はすき
・その他1、背脂はクセがなくスープまで飲んじゃいました。岩のりはラーメンに合うと思いました
・その他2、器が金属製なのに目が行きました
流石物作りの街燕三条だなと感心しました
次食べる時は味噌ラーメンを食べてみたいです
