燕三条駅から5分くらい、新潟のソウルフード燕三条背脂ラーメンの有名店。
この日は特勝ラーメン全部のせ 980円を注文。シルバーの器が、金物の得意な町、燕三条らしい。かなり背脂タップリで、一見脂っこそうだが意外とサッパリ。醤油スープに少しコクがプラスされる程度で美味い。
麺はラーメンというより、角ばった細めのうどん。もちっとしていて美味い。岩海苔と玉ねぎも良いアクセント。燕三条に行ったら食べておきたい一品。ご馳走様でした。
