燕三条系背脂の名店である、杭州飯店さんの系統で、兄弟関係の３店舗があるという話を聞いたので、全て行ってみました。２件目は、三条警察署の近くにあるこちらのお店。
平日の12時頃に訪問。カウンターと座敷があり、カウンターが埋まっていたので、1人ながら奥の座敷に通していただきました。平日は、サラリーマンの男性がほとんどみたいですね。
ラーメンは、ねぎラーメンを注文しました。ここはメニューに中油と書いてありますね。スープと麺の感触は、龍華亭さんとの違いはあまり感じず。濃いんですが、しつこくなく、クセになりますね。ただ、こちらは麺のボリュームが少し多い気がしました。
あと、気づいたのは、ネギがわりとザックリ切られており、刺激が強めです。個人的には、もっと細かく刻んでもらった方が食べやすくて好きですね。
