三条市林町の「いこい食堂」さん。
ご存知、燕三条背油ラーメンの老舗。
福来亭系ではなく中華亭系のお店。
何を隠そう中華亭系のラーメン店には、
コーンラーメンがある！
背油ラーメンではない。
細かく刻まれたザーサイと豚肉。
表面にはコーンのトッピング。
そう、これがコーンラーメン。
辛口なスープには薄らと背油が漂う。
麺は背油ラーメン同様に太麺。
コーンとザーサイは食べ進めていくと、丼の底に沈んでしまうので、
穴あきレンゲが付属しているのも嬉しいw
真夏だからこそ、
猛暑日つづきだからこそ、
コーンラーメンで夏の涼を感じようではないか。
