新潟は燕三条駅から徒歩５分程度のこちらのお店。
和食メニューがひと通りそろっており、今回は半ば日本の体験の意味もこめて、外国からの客人を連れて利用してみることに。
一品一品にこだわりあり一手間かけている様子が感じられるが、提供スピードはややゆっくり。基本的に味付けも和風アレンジのため、若干の洋風メニューもあればバラエティよく客層も広がるかもしれない。
和の雰囲気を感じられる建屋の設えはなかなかのもの。
