新潟に移住して5年の月日が経ち、名だたるラーメン屋さんはほぼ食べさせて頂きました。「長岡生姜（しょうが）醤油」「燕背脂」「新潟濃厚味噌」「新潟あっさり醤油」「三条カレー」の5種類のラーメンは「新潟５大ラーメン」といわれています。どれも美味しいです。しかし新潟では麻婆麺が5大ラーメンには入ってません。麻婆麺もあちらこちらのお店が力を入れていてとても美味しいです。さてさて今回は三条市でなかなか有名なののやさん。何が売りかと調べるとなんと塩ラーメン。山頭火に近い味のようだ。山頭火はよく食べたけど、新潟5大ラーメンに太刀打ちできるのか⁉︎塩豚骨の文化は新潟はないぞと思いながら、塩ラーメントッピングに海苔を注文。食べたら分かる。これもしかしたら新潟に塩豚骨を定着させる一杯かも。とても優しい味です。チャーシューが絶賛。キクラゲが良いアクセントでバランスがとれているように思ます。食後に同僚に「ののやってラーメン屋美味いよ！」って言ったら「知ってるよ有名だからね」と言われ。。新潟！ラーメン美味すぎるぞ！
