こんばんは亀治です。新潟県加茂市にある、味楽というお店に行ってきました。
このお店は大餃子、通称バナナ餃子が知られているお店です。
メニューはラーメン類や炒飯、一品料理等があります。
今回はモヤシメンと大餃子を1個注文しました。
モヤシメンはモヤシや豚肉、木耳、人参等の醤油ベースの餡がかけてありました。割と薄味でした。
スープも醤油ベースでこちらも薄味という印象です。
麺は細麺で食べやすかったです。
また、大餃子はバナナみたいに大きくてニンニクは入ってませんでした。
どうやって食べるのかなと思いましたが、箸で食べやすい大きさにして少しづつ食べました。
大きいだけでなく、美味しい餃子でした。
あの餃子でご飯を食べるのもいいと思いました。
