休日のランチに来店です。
靴を脱いで入店です。
一人なのでカウンター席に着席です。
メニューが豊富ですが、初来店ということもありラーメンをオーダーです。
着丼までたぶん３、４分くらいだと思います。早さに驚きです。
まずはスープを一口。
優しい鶏ガラスープ♫
シンプルながら旨味が広がります。
表面に細かく刻まれたネギが浮いています。
ネギのシャキシャキ感がまたいいです。
美味しいです♫
麺は細縮麺、少し固めの茹で加減がスープにベストマッチです。
しっとり脂ののったチャーシューが２枚、さっぱり塩味付けのメンマ、青菜がトッピングです。
美味しくいただきました。
