休日のお昼時の来店です。
タイミングよく、テーブル席が空いたので着席です。
食券制ではありません。
本日は中華そばをオーダーです。
数分で着丼。
まずはスープを一口。
煮干しスープが美味しいです♫
まろやかで、しつこくなく、とっても口当たりがいいです。
麺は細縮麺、少し柔らかめの茹で加減。
チャーシューは２枚トッピング、薄切りでしっとり赤身のチャーシューです。
メンマは少し固めの仕上がり。
ネギと海苔がのっています。
美味しくいただきました。
