近すぎて、遠退いていたお店
何年ぶりだろう？２０年ぶりくらい？
ラーメン？カレーラーメン？焼そば？チャーハン？メニューを見て悩む
半ラーメンと焼そばのセットって、他店ではあまりないメニューを発見
こちらをオーダー
他のお客様のオーダーを聞いていると、やっぱりカレーラーメンを頼んでいるひとが多い。カレーラーメンにすればよかったなぁと不安になりながら、待つこと15分到着
まずはラーメン
スープ
見た目どおりのあっさり。昔ながらの中華そば。魚介のうまみ、昆布の旨味が強く、飽きずにずっと飲んでいたい感じ
麺
中細のストレート麺。柔らかめの茹でかげんだが、優しいスープにベストマッチ
具材
脂身のないもも肉のチャーシュー。しっかり醤油味があり、おいしい。
焼そば
ラーメンよりも細麺な感じ。柔らかめに茹でた麺を強火でさっと炒めた感じ。和風出汁で炒めた優しい味の焼そばに、さっとソースがかけてあるのかな。バーベキューの焼そばな感じ
さすが老舗の名店って感じで、おいしくいただきました
