燕三条背脂ラーメン、燕市の有名店です。
メニューの中の一番最初に載っている
王風めんの赤をお願いしました。
白もあって、辛ネギが乗ってるのが赤で、
白髪ネギが乗ってるのが白らしいです。
背脂もキツくなく、とっても食べやすくて、
辛ネギのおかげで、スッキリとしたお味です。
この日は、ラーメンに加えて、
ご当地メニューの鳥肉のレモン和えを。
給食にも出るメニューらしく、
何となく懐かしいお味でした。
美味しかったです。
