2010年11月27日から29日まで東京・池袋サンシャインシティで開かれたニッポン全国物産展の日本全国ご当地おやつランキングで、「パンダ焼き弥彦むすめ（枝豆）餡（あん）」がグランプリを受賞し、日本一のおやつに輝きました。 |
弥彦神社参拝後に立ち寄りました。以前にも2014年にも一度だけお邪魔しており、それ以来です。建物が新しくなっていました。さすがは、ご当地おやつランキングでナンバーワンにも輝いた事もあり、弥彦の新名物として「分水堂菓子舗」も繁盛しているのでしょうかね。
弥彦むすめという枝豆を使用したパンダ焼き(170円)とチョコレートのパンダ焼き(160円)を購入して弥彦線に乗りながらいただきましょう。電車に乗車してパンダ二匹に後ろの車窓というのもとても可愛く写ります。
モッチリした生地に中から枝豆の餡が出てきます。しっかり枝豆の味もある餡です。しかも作りたてだったからか、温かい状態でいただく事ができました。かわいいのに食べちゃってゴメンネ！
