燕市役所近くの住宅街にあるごく普通の一軒家で
知らない人はそこがお蕎麦屋さんだとは絶対気が付かないだろう
まさに知る人ぞ知る隠れ家的蕎麦屋
長野辺りで修行をしてきたというご主人は
以前は大きな会社の社長さんだったそうで
自宅をそのまま店舗にしてしまったのは気合が伺える
お通しに自家製のコンニャク、酢味噌といただくとお酒のつまみになる
少し時間がかかるお蕎麦はいかにも手打ち
「人の家の居間で趣味の手打ち蕎麦をご馳走になってる」感で
雰囲気だけで美味しく感じるところもあり
食後も蕎麦湯をいただきながらゆっくり寛げて
ついつい長居をしてしまいそうになる
物腰の柔らかい奥さんの接客も好感が持てる
三条・燕は美味しい蕎麦屋が少ないので貴重な一軒だ
