三条市にある老舗ラーメン店。
かつては数店舗あったようですが、今はこちら須頃店のみのようです。
今回初めて伺ってみました。
平日の昼時、広い店内は結構混んでいます。
（後から来られた方々は並ばれていました）
指定されたカウンター席に着き、ラーメンをお願いします。
ラーメンは今時600円という安さ。
大盛（麺量1.5倍）＋100円や、チャーシュー麺＋100円の注文が多いです。

注文から15分程度で提供。
大きめの海苔で覆われたこの独特なビジュアル。
その下にはチャーシューやメンマ。
チャーシュー麺でなくともチャーシューは結構多めです。
豚骨ベースのスープにシャープな醤油ダレ。
これが想像以上に旨い♪
軽めの食感の中太麺がいいです！
麺は長岡与板のヤマヨ与板製麺所。
もしかして秋田のヤマヨがルーツだったりして？
先代創業者が秋田出身？ということで、何となく繋がりを探ってしまいます。
とにかく美味しかったです。
次回は大盛チャーシューで。
