三条市の国道8号線沿い、ヤマダ電機の向かいにある「笹舟 須頃店」さん。
日本が誇る支那そばを提供する老舗。
国道の大きな交差点の角に佇むも、奥まった場所にあるため見逃しがち。汗
店内は…THE昭和‼︎な雰囲気。でも、この雰囲気がやけに落ち着く。お洒落でモダンなラーメン店でJAZZが流れていた日には、麺が喉を通らない。笑
本日はかなり久しぶりの訪問。以前に比べると値段が上がった気がするけど、昨今の物価高では仕方のないことか…。
ネギラーメン 900円
千切りされた真っ白なネギが黒いスープに良く映える。漆黒のスープはトンコツ＆鶏ガラスープでとてもあっさりしている。これが時代に流されることのない不動の支那そば。
いつでも安心して食べれる支那そば。
毎日でも食べれる支那そば。
朝からでも食べれる支那そば。
二日酔いの時でも食べれる支那そば。
思いつくままに支那そばを褒めてみる。笑
これからも変わらぬ味を守り続けて欲しい。
