新蕎麦の季節に伺ったのは初めてです。
新蕎麦でも、新潟県長岡 越路産（信濃１合）100％
先ずは十割蕎麦、そして二八蕎麦を頂きました。
十割そば 強い癖も無く、滑らかで香りも強く遠くまで足を延ばして
良かったと感じます。美味しいです。その後の二八はモチモチ感が
強く食べ比べを楽しめました。
