三条市下田
里山の蕎麦店へ出かけます。
昼前にして店前は行列ですね。
記名ノートにはなんと蕎麦品切れの文字。その代わりにうどんを提供とある。つまり、うどんの為の行列～
うどんで並ぶのってそもそも目的違くない？けれど
流れに身を任せるのも悪くない。目の前の川や紅葉に包まれそんな気になるぽかぽか日和。
さぁ、２組ほど諦めて退散したからか早く順番が回ってきたようだ～
店内は
カウンター席と小上がりのある狭小店舗です。
小上がり席の眺めのいい席に案内されました。
天ぷらも注文します。
うどんは滑らかでつるしこの食感で透明感がある。汁も濃すぎず丁度い。
天ぷらは珍しい食材があり特に肉厚の緑パプリカ、花、カニカマが面白いですね。
美味しくって大満足。
昔食べた三条産かつ節のぶっかけ蕎麦のようなものが食べたかったが、うどんも良かったのでメニューにあったらいいのにぃと思いました完
