ラーメンチャーシュー
こんにちは亀治です。
今日は新潟県燕市にあるどさん娘吉田店にお邪魔しました。
ここは前々から気になっていたお店ですがなかなか行く機会がなくて今日伺うことができました。
いろいろメニューはありますが、その中でラーメンチャーシューが目に入りました。その下にチャーシューメンもあって、どう違うか聞いて見ましたが分からなかったのでラーメンチャーシューを注文しました。
見た目はまさにチャーシューメンという感じです。
スープの味は燕三条系のスープという感じなのですが、差ほどしょっぱくなくてコクがあって美味しかったです。
背脂とタマネギも入っていましたが、背脂は差ほどしつこくなくて良かったです。
チャーシューは柔らかくて味もよくしみていて美味しかったです。
メンはどちらかというと太麺ですが、食べやすかったです。
どさん娘というと味噌ラーメンというイメージですが、醤油味のラーメン美味しかったです。

このお店は町の食堂という感じです。
メニューはラーメンや定食です。
今回は京風ラーメンを注文しました。
スープは白味噌でマイルドな味です。
麺は中太麺で食べやすかったです。
チャーシューが2枚入っていてっ柔らかくて美味しかったです。
美味しいラーメンでした。
