・アジフライ定食 1,250円
壁掛けのホワイトボードに"アジフライ定食、天然 寺泊 刺身付"と書いてありますが、バランス的にはこれは"刺身定食アジフライ付"の方が正確な気がします。
アジフライはもちろん生でお店で捌いたものでしょう。フワフワでとても美味しい。付け合わせのポテトサラダは爽やかな風味。アップルビネガーでも入ってるのかなあ。添えられたタルタルソースも本格的。
刺身は全て新鮮。これは本当に価値があります。
そして半ラーメン。もちろん燕三条背脂醤油ラーメン。こちらも本格的ですよ。熱々でタマネギもちゃんと入ってます。
いやはや素晴らしいお店でした。
