寺泊に行きましたがなんとなく中華が食べたくなり分水まで戻りこちらの中華屋さんでのランチでした。入店し小上がり席に案内され、華苑ラーメン810円とチャーハン740円に半ラーメンをプラスしたら110円で済むので注文しました。数分で着丼されたラーメンは超細麺のちぢれ麺で素朴な半ラーメンがとても美味しくチャーハンもパラパラ意味ですね。あんかけベースの華苑ラーメンはピリ辛ベースの餡が食べ応えも味も良いのですが、この超細麺にはシンプルな醤油ベースが合うと思いますね。
