ヒレカツ定食をオーダー。
ご飯は白ごはんと山菜の炊き込みご飯の二者択一。
味噌汁は巻麩の味噌汁と豚汁の二者択一。
炊き込みご飯と豚汁を選択。
食後にホットコーヒーをお願いしました。
小さなすり鉢でゴマを擦り擦りしながら、到着を待ちます。
しばらくして、大きなお盆に載せられて到着。
キャベツ、ごはん、豚汁はおかわり可能です。
接客はマニュアルがあるのでしょうが、とても丁寧。
豚汁のお椀の蓋が密着してしまい、開けるのに手こずっていたら、目敏く、親切に開けてくださったり、氷入りのお水ではなく、温かいお茶が飲みたいなと思っていたら、テレパシーで通じた？良かったらどうぞって、お煎茶が提供された。
痒いところに手が届くって、まさに、このことね。
サクサク衣をまとったお肉は柔らかく美味しかった〜
豚汁は、大きなお椀でビックリしたけど、深さがないから、大した量ではありません。
カツを食べた後、お腹に余裕があれば、豚汁とキャベツをおかずに、ごはんを食べるのもありですね。
野菜ジュースとオレンジのゼリーもセットになっていたけど、気の利いた小鉢の一つもあったほうが、個人的には嬉しいです。
兎にも角にも、ごちそうさまでした。
